Ski resort Pas de la Case

The Andorran ski resort of Pas de la Casa is one of the highest in Europe and has skiing and snowboarding opportunities for everyone. Part of the Grandvalira ski area, from Pas de la Casa you have access to 193km of marked runs across six ski resorts. Grandvalira has become the capital for skiing in the Pyrenees with 110 slopes and plenty of choice for every ability level. It's a great place to learn with over 450 specialist instructors, you can take your first ever ski lesson, improve on the skills you already have, and experts can benefit from the Master Instructors' knowledge of the Grandvalira area and elite winter sports. Off the slopes Grandvalira has some fantastic freeride areas. With steep chutes, natural powder bowls, and cliff faces the off-piste is perfect for advanced riders, and it's all really easy to access with hardly any hiking required. And freestylers will love Grandvalira, it's the only ski area in the Pyrenees with four snowparks, and throughout the season there are loads of events and freestyle activities.Within Pas de la Casa's ski area you'll find a good range of slopes and plenty other activities. The adventurous types will enjoy the Audi snow and ice driving school, and water babies will love the ice scuba diving available - this adventure includes a fantastic night in the Igloo hotel followed by a helicopter ride and then a scuba diving lesson.One of the main resorts in the Grandvalira area, Pas de la Casa has modern purpose-built accommodation with excellent access to the ski area. The resort has a lively atmosphere and is a favourite with young skiers and snowboarders thanks to its excellent après ski.
