For a more cultural activity there's the Saas Museum, which recounts the history of the area and has a special exhibit on Carl Zuckmayer, the German writer who lived in Saas-Fee. Other culturally rich treats to explore before heading off to enjoy the après ski include the highest art gallery in Europe, a ceramics workshop and the Bakery Museum.The most varied and liveliest après ski in the Saas Valley is found in Saas-Fee. Here there are over 100 restaurants serving a vast variety of cuisine - everything from traditional Valais specialities to the most exquisite gourmet creations. After dinner you can explore the friendly bars in town and then the clubs which are open until dawn.
