Less than two hours drive from Grenoble airport, the small traditional hamlet of Vaujany is nestled high in the Dauphiné–Isère region and faces the beautiful Massif des Grandes Rousses mountains . Within the Vaujany ski area there are 47km of groomed pistes, at altitudes between 1,100 and 3,300 meters. Over half of the slopes are graded green or blue, so Vaujany is great for family groups, beginner, and intermediate skiers. Snowboarders are also well catered for as the area has wide, powdery slopes and a snowpark with half and quarter pipes, high jumps, tables, and whoops.
